The road was blocked from Junction 48, at Boroughbridge, to junction 49, Dishforth.

The first reports of a collision involving two HGVs were received at about 5am this morning.

At the roundabout take the 2nd exit to remain on the A168 for another 3 miles. At the roundabout take the 1st exit and follow the signs to either re-join the A1 northbound or continue on the A168 eastbound.
