The future of the economy in small towns is up for discussion in Otley this week.

Otley Business Summit will feature a panel of experts talking about their views and also taking questions.

Panellists include Steph Lee, Chair of Otley BID, Katie Burnett, Chair of Otley Chamber of Trade, and Councillor Judith Blake, Leader of Leeds City Council, Executive Member for Economy and Culture, and Chair of Core Cities UK.

Organisers say the event will give business owners the chance to hear from experts about the threats and opportunities for the economy in Otley, as well as hearing ideas from another 'BID' town.

Otley Business Summit will take place at All Saints Church, Kirkgate, from 6pm to 9pm on Thursday.

Anyone who would like to attend and join the debate is asked to e-mail steph.lee@otleybid.co.uk
