Man charged after car crashed into house in North Yorkshire
A man has been charged after crashing his car into a house in York.
The 29-year-old man has been charged with three counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, and one count of failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis.
A 53-year-old man was on his sofa when the impact happened at Clifton Moor, and sustained serious but not life-threatening injuries.
A 28-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman who were passengers in the car also received medical attention.
The driver of the white VW Golf is due to appear at York Magistrates on the 29th March.
