Major disruption to trains after tractor blocks line

LNER

Published by The Stray FM News Team at 6:13am 16th August 2018. (Updated at 6:14am 16th August 2018)

There's major disruption to rail services this morning.

Many LNER services have been cancelled, affecting the Skipton to London line, and the Harrogate to London line.

It's due to a tractor on the line between Doncaster and Wakefield, which has caused significant infrastructure damage.

Services are expected to be disrupted until at least 6pm.
