Mental health support stickers are appearing in windows of businesses across Harrogate, Craven and Wharfedale

  • Businesses across the district are being urged to get involved with the 'sticker' campaign.
  • The 'I Choose Life' Foundation has launched the project.
  • The group wants organisations to display the stickers to show their support and understanding about people's needs.

Businesses across Harrogate, Craven and Wharfedale are being urged to show their support for mental health.

Window stickers to raise awareness of the issue are popping up in shops, cafes and other organsations across the district.

The 'I Choose Life' foundation is behind the campaign.

 

 

What is the 'I Choose Life' Foundation?

The 'I Choose Life' Foundation provides support for anyone who is struggling with the enormous challenges life can bring. From daily stresses to bullying, isolation and divorce to loss, trauma, even overwhelming feelings of guilt, anxiety and loneliness. The foudation knows these and many more experiences can take their toll on people and often lead to their  mental health crashing.

The support groups offers one to one sessions, group work and events to help build up people's momentum and offer them the chance to get back to enjoying life with those who are on a similar journey.
