Power to 854 properties in Otley has been restored

  • Power cut in Otley affected postcodes LS21 1 and LS21 3
  • It affected 854 homes
  • Northern Powergrid claim power has been restored

Over 850 homes across Otley were earlier affected by a power cut.

Northern Powergrid engineers have since restored power.

A Northern Powergrid statement on the official website reads:

"There was a power cut in this area earlier. Our engineers worked hard to restore your electricity and you should now be back on supply. If you are still without power or are experiencing problems with your electricity supply, please try resetting your trip switches or contact us on 105 for help. Thanks for your patience and understanding."

 

Earlier we reported:

Northern Powergrid says there is an unexpected power cut in postcodes LS21 1 and LS21 3.

It is estimating that power should be restored by 18:45.
