The pressure is real for working mothers, according to Harrogate blogger

  • Women across the Harrogate district, who're struggling to juggle motherhood, careers and family life are being thrown a lifeline.

Millennial mothers are feeling overwhelmed and unsupported during the transition from motherhood to working mother.

That's according to Lou Kirby, a life coach and blogger, from Harrogate.

To help today's 21st century women, Lou - a mother herself - has created two sessions for women who might be struggling to juggle motherhood, careers and family life.

'Time To Think About You' are two, 1.5 hour workshops, designed for women to reflect and plan short term or long term personal goals.

Speaking to Stray FM, Lou said:

"We doubt ourselves all the time - we over-think, we hold ourselves back and wonder if we're good enough.

"We all live such busy lives, juggling work, family, housework and friends, that often we don't have the time to think about ourselves, or happiness and well-being - let alone work on our goals."

Lou has created two workshops for women who want to feel more in control.

They're taking place on:

Both are being held at So Bar And Eats, 36 Otley Road, in Harrogate.
