A 'Twilight Walk' to remember loved ones returns to Knaresborough

Saint Michael’s Hospice Twilight Walk takes place in March

  • The walk will be for people who want to remember a loved one
  • Anyone can take part
  • The charity is hoping fundraising takes place

The Twilight sponsored walk returns to Knaresborough for its second year.

Walking takes place on Saturday 7th March and begins at 5.30pm, starting and finishing at King James’s School.

Speaking about the walk Sandra Gilbert a volunteer fundraiser at Saint Michael’s said.

"There are quiet spaces for people who take part, it is for groups but those who want quiet reflection as well.

"We rely on the local community for support, for every pound raised it really makes a difference, we need six million pounds each year for these services."
