Next honouring online orders

Next honouring online orders

The branches in Knaresborough, Harrogate and Skipton are among those that have closed to the public, but they're still dealing with deliveries.

If you have orders on their way from Next, particularly Click and Collect ones - don't worry, you'll still get them.

The company says they'll be automatically re-diverting any uncollected orders in store, or ones that are due to arrive in the coming days.

They'll know go to the billing address given to Next.

Any unsuccessful deliveries to billing addresses will automatically be taken back to the warehouse and refunded.

There's no need for us to contact them to arrange this.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?

We're asked to keep hold of any items that we might want to return for the time being.

Next have said they'll be honouring late returns for 14 days from the point when shops reopen.

They've said they'll be updating things on their website and social media, and have said:

"When the time is right we will look forward to welcoming you back into our stores. Stay safe and look after each other."
