Three sisters from Harrogate have put together their own performance of a wartime tribute song.

Beatrice, Eliza and Theadora Haddow have performed 'Straighten up and fly right'.

The song was originally written in 1942 by Nat King Cole and Irving Mills - but later produced again by The Andrew sisters in 1944.

The Harrogate trio, who attend Brackenfield School, wanted to celebrate VE day in style with their own version of the 1940s song:

This version will also be performed at the Harrogate Lockdown festival on Saturday (9 May) at 3.20pm.
