  • A wellbeing YouTube channel has been set up by a woman from Goldsborough.
  • Lisa Duffield runs a wellbeing and mental health centre in Harrogate.
  • The channel is to help people with mental health difficulties during the virus lockdown.

Lisa Duffield runs a wellbeing and mental health centre in Harrogate, but is unable to see people face-to-face at the moment.

She set up the channel to help people suffering from mental health issues during the lockdown.

The channel covers wellbeing, mindfulness, coping strategies, positive thinking, and guided meditation

Lisa said:

"With us being in lockdown and people not being able to see people on a one-to-one basis, I decided to set up a channel so I could help people out there.  The channel gives lots of free tips and advice on how to stay upbeat and positive.

"It includes things like how to cope during the Covid-19 outbreak - if you're suffering with things like separation anxiety, financial worries, and just general health and wellbeing - it gives tips on all of those."
