Hospital chiefs request face covering when on site

    • Health bosses at Harrogate District Hospital have issued some advice about wearing a face covering.
    • They've said people will need to wear a mask when they come to hospital as a visitor or patient.
    • Surgical face masks must be worn at all times while in hospital.

If you're visiting a hospital, you have to wear a face covering.

Health bosses at Harrogate District Hospital have issued some advice.

They've said people will need to wear a face mask when they come to hospital as a visitor or patient.

Surgical face masks are available for patients and visitors at all entrances and must be worn at all times while in hospital.

If worn on arrival, please remove your own face covering and store safely in your bag/pocket and put on a fresh mask.

There is no need to wear gloves.
