All this week, Stray FM is looking at the work of Catterick Garrison's Personnel Recovery Centre.

Soldier Jamie Thomson, who is based at RAF Leeming, but will soon be leaving the forces.

He has been going to Phoenix House after injuring his back more than 18 months ago:
