Two people have been charged after laptop computers and other items were stolen from a children's cancer unit at Leeds General Infirmary.

Matthew Ingham, 37, of Hardwick Street, Keighley, has been charged with five counts of theft.

Kim Ager, aged 34, of the same address, has been charged with receiving stolen goods.

They are both due to appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court on 18 November.

Business Against Crime in Leeds (BACIL) donated six tablet computers to the hospital's two children's cancer wards last month, after being approached by police who investigated the theft which happened in July.
