Police have returned to the River Ouse as part of their search for missing Skipton man Rory Johnson-Hatfield.

The Regional Underwater Search Team resumed operations on Sunday morning.

York Rescue Boat, mountain rescue volunteers and two search dogs also scoured the Ouse on Saturday.

29-year-old Rory was last seen by a friend in York at 12.15am on Friday 20 November

One line of enquiry is that he may have got into difficulty whilst walking in the City Mills area.

Anyone who may have seen Rory or has any other information about his disappearance is asked to call North Yorkshire Police on 101 and speak to the Force Control Room, quoting reference number 12150207141.
