Police investigating a robbery at an off-licence in Otley have released CCTV images of the suspects.

Three men raided the Cottage Stores on Newall Carr Road and attacked a member of staff before stealing a significant amount of cash, along with bottles of spirits and packets of cigarettes.

Their victim was left with bruises to his face and body.

It happened at around 8.50pm on Sunday 17 January.

They robbers are all described as slim and had their faces covered with black material.

The man who waited outside is described as white, around 5ft 7in tall and was wearing a light-coloured hoody.

Detective Constable Clare Fisher, of Leeds District CID, said: "Although the offenders had their faces covered and the CCTV is of fairly low quality, we hope the images may assist in jogging someone's memory if they saw the men in the area around the time of the robbery.

"One man appears to be wearing a dark top with a distinctive pattern on the back and we want to hear from anyone who thinks they know who may have been involved."
